Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Manager to join a prestigious international Architectural & Design Consultancy in Dubai. This key leadership role is responsible for the implementation, governance, and advancement of BIM standards and strategies across high-value design and construction projects throughout the GCC.

As a BIM Manager, you will drive digital transformation, support project delivery using Revit and other BIM platforms, and ensure best-in-class compliance with BEP protocols, clash detection, and CDE frameworks. Your proactive guidance and hands-on BIM leadership will directly influence design quality, project efficiency, and digital project integration.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 BIM Strategy & Governance

• Lead the BIM Management Office activities and execute the Digital Engineering Roadmap.

• Create and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDP), and Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDP).

• Enforce BIM standards, templates, and workflows for consistency across teams and projects.

• Manage BIM-related formal correspondence, reporting, and performance evaluations.

🔹 Design Delivery & Project Oversight

• Oversee BIM coordination and delivery across multiple complex architectural projects.

• Support design teams with model detailing, clash detection, and project-specific configurations.

• Manage the creation and validation of Project Information Models (PIMs) and Asset Information Models (AIMs) for handover and FM integration.

• Ensure all deliverables meet project timelines, quality standards, and client requirements.

🔹 Software, Training & Implementation

• Evaluate, deploy, and manage the use of BIM software such as Revit, Dynamo, Grasshopper, Navisworks, Synchro, BIM 360, Vico, Cost X, etc.

• Develop object libraries, templates, and model validation tools.

• Provide hands-on software training and mentoring to in-house and project teams.

• Set up and manage Common Data Environments (CDEs) and 4D/5D workflows for planning and progress tracking.

🔹 Interdisciplinary Coordination

• Liaise with internal design teams, contractors, clients, and consultants.

• Support the Contracts, Project Controls, QA/QC, and HSE departments with model-integrated solutions.

• Perform quality checks during construction, commissioning, and as-built verification.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering (Civil/Structural/MEP).

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in BIM Management for large-scale, high-value construction projects.

• Proven expertise in BIM implementation, clash coordination, model validation, and CDE setup.

• Strong technical proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and parametric tools (Dynamo, Grasshopper).

• Deep understanding of design workflows for hospitality, residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

• Experience managing digital deliverables from concept design through to handover and asset management stages.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

• Middle East/GCC experience is preferred but not mandatory.
