Our award-winning Architecture & Design client is seeking an experienced BIM Architect to join their team in Dubai. The role focuses on hospitality, residential, and high-rise projects across the UAE and wider MENA region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Schematic Design (SD) and Detail Design (DD) phases, with proven regional experience working in consultancy environments.

This role is available for immediate joining as an initial 3-month contract, outsourced via J10 Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs in Revit, with emphasis on SD and DD phases.

• Lead and coordinate design reviews, approve deliverables, and support team performance.

• Collaborate with Structural & MEP Engineers to ensure seamless integration.

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings and documentation.

• Apply BIM best practices and standards to ensure high-quality outputs.

• Conduct model reviews and clash detection analysis to resolve design conflicts.

• Generate accurate construction documents (plans, elevations, sections) from BIM models.

• Contribute to BIM execution plans and project-specific protocols.

• Stay up to date with emerging BIM tools and workflows.

• Mentor junior staff and provide Revit/BIM training and guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.

• 4+ years’ experience as a BIM Architect, with at least 1 year in the UAE.

• Recent experience must be with a recognized design consultancy (not contractors).

• Autodesk Revit proficiency is essential.

• Additional skills in Rhino, Grasshopper, Enscape preferred.

• Proven experience in hospitality, residential, and high-rise projects.

• Strong ability in conceptual design, schematic design, and detailed documentation.
