Job Description:

We are looking for a Bilingual Receptionist to join our Dubai-based polyclinic. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Arabic (Syrian/Lebanese dialect preferred) and possess strong administrative and customer service skills. This role requires a presentable and hospitable professional who can efficiently manage client bookings, handle calls, and assist with data entry tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Management:

  • Welcome and assist patients with inquiries and appointments.

  • Ensure a professional and friendly reception environment.

• Appointment & Scheduling:

  • Manage client booking systems and organize daily schedules efficiently.

  • Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient flow.

• Communication & Customer Service:

  • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.

  • Provide clear information about services and policies.

• Administrative & Data Entry:

  • Utilize accounting software for recording financial transactions.

  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing data.

Requirements:

• Gender & Age: Female candidates aged 20-40 years.

• Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic (Syrian/Lebanese dialect preferred).

• Experience: 0-5 years in a similar role (healthcare industry preferred).

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with booking and accounting software.
