Osool Smart Apps, operating under Sharjah Asset Management, is seeking Bike Riders to join its on-ground delivery team in Sharjah. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals with strong biking and navigation skills who are passionate about timely deliveries and top-notch customer service. The position supports the company’s growing logistics operations, including e-commerce and last-mile delivery services.

As a Bike Rider, you will be responsible for delivering packages and documents promptly, ensuring safety and efficiency in each delivery. You will play a key role in maintaining service reliability and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver packages and documents across various locations in Sharjah.

• Navigate city routes efficiently using GPS or delivery apps.

• Adhere to road safety and traffic regulations at all times.

• Maintain the assigned delivery bike in good condition.

• Communicate with customers politely and professionally.

• Ensure timely deliveries and update the operations team on status.

Qualifications:

• Excellent biking and road navigation skills.

• Familiarity with road safety practices and Sharjah traffic laws.

• Ability to use GPS and mobile-based navigation tools effectively.

• Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.

• Previous experience in delivery or logistics is a plus.
