Job Description:
We are hiring a Bike Driver to join our growing delivery team in Dubai. This hybrid, full-time position involves delivering goods, primarily food, to customers while ensuring top-notch service, safety, and punctuality. You will verify delivery details, plan optimal routes, and maintain your bike to high operational standards. Occasional work-from-home coordination may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver goods (primarily food) to customers promptly and safely

• Confirm delivery instructions and ensure order accuracy

• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes

• Load, unload, and secure items properly

• Maintain the bike in good working condition

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve delivery concerns

• Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in bike delivery and route navigation

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Basic understanding of bike maintenance

• Valid UAE motorcycle license with a clean driving record

• Familiarity with Dubai’s road network is a plus

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent
