Lockton is seeking a Bid Executive to join its Dubai office. This role supports the Bid Management team in preparing compelling proposals for new business and client retention. As a Bid Executive, you will be involved in coordinating cross-functional input, tailoring technical and commercial information, and collaborating with the design team to deliver high-quality, client-facing bid documents.

You’ll work across various insurance sectors and interact with senior stakeholders, gaining exposure to Lockton’s diverse services. This is a dynamic opportunity to contribute to impactful business development strategies and gain in-depth knowledge of the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and administering bid management activities across different business lines.

• Collect and organize technical, financial, and legal information from internal teams.

• Maintain and update the bid content library to ensure accurate and customizable content.

• Draft and tailor bid responses, ensuring alignment with client needs and Lockton’s value proposition.

• Collaborate with the design team to produce polished and professional bid documents and presentations.

• Support teams in preparing presentation materials and delivering impactful client-facing proposals.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Prior corporate experience preferred, though not mandatory.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proactive and curious mindset with a strong desire to learn on the job.

• Team-oriented, with an ability to work across departments.
