Marriott International is hiring a Bellman for The Abu Dhabi EDITION. The role focuses on providing outstanding guest services including greeting, escorting, and assisting with luggage, while upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms and explain room features.

• Open doors, assist guests entering and leaving the property.

• Handle luggage transport, storage, and retrieval.

• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation services.

• Arrange guest transportation (taxis, shuttles, limousines) and log advance requests.

• Monitor property surroundings for security and safety.

• Maintain professional appearance, follow company policies, and ensure guest satisfaction.

• Respond quickly to guest requests, including for directions and assistance with disabilities.

• Perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting, pushing, and moving heavy items.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).

• Experience: No prior experience required.

• Good communication, hospitality, and interpersonal skills.

• Must be physically able to perform demanding tasks (lift up to 50–75 lbs).

• Passion for guest service and ability to work in a high-paced environment.

• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
