Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, part of Hilton’s luxury brand portfolio, is looking for a Bell Attendant to join its guest services team. The role involves handling guest luggage, escorting guests, and ensuring an exceptional hospitality experience aligned with Hilton’s service standards. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from accommodations.

Transfer, retrieve, and store guest luggage efficiently and safely.

Introduce guests to their rooms and highlight key features.

Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.

Organize and maintain luggage storage areas per hotel guidelines.

Assist in maintaining the appearance and functionality of bell desk equipment.
Requirements:

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Strong grooming standards with a professional appearance.

Ability to work flexible hours, under pressure, and both independently and in a team.

Strong commitment to guest service and delivering high standards.

Prior experience as a Bell Attendant or in a hotel environment is an advantage.
