Position Overview

We are seeking a Bell Attendant to join our esteemed Concierge Team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab – Residences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a seamless guest arrival and departure experience, assisting with luggage, and ensuring top-tier hospitality service from the moment guests arrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and open car doors at the entrance

• Escort guests to rooms and explain room features and facilities

• Assist with loading/unloading and transporting guest luggage safely

• Deliver parcels, newspapers, mail, and messages to guest rooms promptly and accurately

• Act as the first line of contact for security checks upon guest check-in

• Maintain close coordination with Front Office and Valet services

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Customer-service oriented with a positive and professional attitude

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Physically capable of handling luggage and standing for extended periods

• Prior experience in a luxury hotel is a plus
