Join Chalhoub Group, the Middle East’s leading luxury retail partner, as a Beauty Trainer within our Group Learning & Development team. You’ll play a vital role in developing and delivering impactful training programs in beauty—covering skincare, makeup, and fragrance—for our retail professionals across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and enhance beauty training aligned with the Chalhoub Retail Academy learning ladder.

• Stay updated on trends and innovations in skincare, makeup, and fragrance, integrating them into training content.

• Facilitate learning sessions using various delivery methods: face-to-face, virtual, and blended formats.

• Support team members with learning platforms including Chalhoub University.

• Collaborate with brand partners and departments to co-create tailored training.

• Measure training effectiveness and suggest improvements to maximize impact.

• Engage in regional travel to support retail teams across different markets.

• Maintain QCF certification standards and vocational learning assessments.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the beauty training industry.

• Strong skills in makeup artistry and fragrance product knowledge.

• Bilingual in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

• Passion for training and empowering retail teams.

• Willingness to travel regionally and adapt to dynamic business needs.
