Royal Shahrazad Beauty & Wellbeing is looking for a DHA Licensed Beauty Therapist fluent in Arabic and English. The role involves delivering a wide range of beauty and skincare treatments, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales of services and retail products. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for professionals with experience in beauty therapy and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform beauty treatments including facials, slimming, and skincare procedures.

• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products.

• Consult with clients to recommend suitable treatments and products.

• Provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns professionally.

• Upsell beauty and skincare services and retail products to meet sales targets.

• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in treatment areas and tools, in line with Dubai regulations.

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients through personalized care and follow-ups.

• Support spa/salon operations, including inventory management, staff training, and promotional events.

Skills and Qualifications:

• DHA Licensed Beauty Therapist (mandatory).

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

• Professional expertise in beauty therapy and skincare treatments.

• Experience operating slimming machines is a plus.

• Strong customer service, communication, and sales skills.

• Ability to manage client interactions and foster long-term loyalty.
