The role focuses on delivering the best Clarins Experience through professional treatments, expert skin care consultations, and exceptional customer service, while also contributing to sales growth and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Clarins treatments strictly following international protocols and high-quality standards.

• Deliver professional skin analysis, consultations, and personalized beauty programs.

• Ensure exceptional customer service by providing a best-in-class Clarins Skin Spa experience.

• Build long-term customer loyalty through follow-up communication and personalized care.

• Drive sales by promoting retail products, encouraging re-bookings, and highlighting promotions.

• Accurately record and update customer profiles, treatment details, and product purchases.

• Maintain perfect grooming and convey the Clarins brand image, philosophy, and uniqueness.

• Support daily spa operations, hygiene standards, and merchandising guidelines.

Requirements:

• Recognized professional Beauty Therapy certification (CIDESCO preferred).

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a Beauty Therapist.

• Strong retail and selling skills.

• Excellent hands-on treatment techniques.

• Fluent in English; passion for makeup and good makeup skills are a plus.

• Positive, energetic, and professional attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Impeccable grooming and personal hygiene.

• Ability to build strong client relationships and encourage repeat visits.
