Sunday Riley, a globally recognized skincare brand, is looking for an experienced Beauty Consultant in Dubai to drive in-store sales and enhance brand awareness. This full-time, on-site role requires a passion for skincare, excellent customer service skills, and a deep understanding of beauty industry trends. The Beauty Consultant will report to the Area BA Manager and work closely with the National Sales Manager to ensure the brand’s in-store success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized skincare recommendations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers about Sunday Riley skincare solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, UPT (Units per Transaction), and VPT (Value per Transaction).
• Maintain excellent store presentation, ensuring product availability, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain strong in-store relationships with management and peers.
• Stay informed about sales achievements, customer data, and market trends.
• Track and report on competitor activities, new product launches, and promotions.
• Actively participate in training sessions and continuously enhance product knowledge.
• Adhere to the company’s health, safety, and ethical standards.

Product Knowledge & Training:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of Sunday Riley’s skincare products, ingredients, and benefits.
• Stay updated on industry trends, skincare techniques, and layering methods.
• Provide expert guidance to customers, ensuring tailored product recommendations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, sales, or beauty industry, preferably in skincare.
• Strong customer service, sales, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working in Beauty Department Stores is preferred.
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
• Comfortable working in an open-sell environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin is a plus).
• Willingness to travel as required.

Work Schedule & Location:

• Full-time, on-site role in Dubai.
• 6-day workweek with 1 day off, as per the schedule set by the Retail Area Manager.
