Beauty Consultant – UAE Nationals (All Emirates)

Sephora is seeking passionate and service-driven UAE Nationals to join as Beauty Consultants across all Emirates. In this full-time, on-site role, you will deliver an exceptional client experience by promoting Sephora’s values of inclusivity, empowerment, and excellence in beauty retail. Your role will involve driving sales, offering expert product advice, and enhancing customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Experience:

  • Create a memorable and engaging shopping experience aligned with Sephora’s values.

  • Understand and respond to client needs with personalized service.

  • Share product knowledge and build customer trust to encourage repeat business.

  • Promote complimentary services and increase average basket size.

  • Use digital tools to enhance the in-store client journey.

Education & Demonstration:

  • Provide expert advice tailored to customer skin types and preferences.

  • Support product demonstrations and assist in explaining new arrivals.

  • Maintain professional grooming and body language as per Sephora standards.

  • Serve as a role model in customer engagement and team interaction.

Sales:

  • Apply selling techniques to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Support in achieving monthly store turnover and operational KPIs.

Operations:

  • Follow Sephora’s standard operating procedures and store policies.

  • Assist with visual merchandising, stockroom management, tester setups, and cashier duties.

  • Maintain store cleanliness and support operational excellence.

  • Contribute to resolving audit findings and improving store performance.

Knowledge & Training:

  • Stay updated with regular trainings through Sephora University and the digital learning platform.

  • Continuously enhance product and industry knowledge.


Job Requirements:

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty industry.

  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Passion for beauty and personal care.

  • Strong selling and communication skills.

  • Punctuality and professional conduct.

  • Ability to work in a team and take initiative.

Language:

  • Minimum intermediate level of English.
