As a Beauty Advisor, you will serve as the face of our renowned brands, assisting customers in finding products that meet their skincare and beauty needs while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional, and engaging manner.

• Recommend and sell appropriate beauty products based on customers’ individual needs.

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, new launches, and the latest beauty trends.

• Demonstrate product usage, application techniques, and communicate product benefits clearly.

• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product display.

• Achieve and exceed personal sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

• Support inventory management through stock checks and replenishment activities.

• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally, escalating when necessary.

Skills and Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Beauty Advisor or in a similar retail role, preferably in skincare and haircare.

• Strong knowledge of beauty products and a passion for current industry trends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.

• Confident, outgoing, and highly presentable personality.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills such as Arabic are a strong advantage.
