Apparel Group is seeking a Beauty Advisor to represent its beauty brands and maximize in-store sales through exceptional customer service and product expertise. The role involves welcoming customers, providing personalized beauty consultations, staying updated on product launches and beauty trends, and contributing to smooth store operations. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about cosmetics, skincare, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored beauty consultations, product demonstrations, and makeup/skincare advice.

• Build lasting customer relationships and promote loyalty programs to drive repeat sales.

• Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends, product launches, and brand messaging.

• Ensure personal grooming reflects brand standards at all times.

• Support store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and merchandising.

• Assist with marketing activities, promotions, and in-store events.

• Handle sales transactions, returns, and customer concerns following SOPs.

• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to team KPIs.

Candidate Requirements / Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, and beauty trends.

• Experience in retail customer service, preferably in the beauty industry.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Professional appearance aligned with brand standards.

• Background in cosmetology or skincare preferred; professional training in makeup or skincare is a plus.

• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a results-driven environment.
