Apparel Group is seeking a Beauty Advisor to represent its brand by delivering exceptional customer service, maximising sales, and enhancing the retail experience in-store. The role involves advising customers on cosmetics products, maintaining store presentation, and handling sales transactions while ensuring a high standard of grooming and brand representation.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on cosmetics products and accessories.

• Demonstrate make-up application techniques and selling skills.

• Recommend and link products to meet individual customer needs.

• Maintain updated product knowledge to represent the brand effectively.

• Display merchandise attractively according to store layout standards.

• Ensure store security awareness at all times.

• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards in the store.

• Greet customers and assist with product selection.

• Operate the POS system, process payments, issue receipts/refunds, and tally cash.

• Convert potential customers into buyers.

• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat business.

• Work flexible hours during sales and festivals.

• Record inventory movements and maintain accurate reports.

• Stay informed about various brands within the group for suggestive selling.
