The Bay Host will ensure that guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience at the venue, providing excellent customer service and assisting with food, beverage, and event-related tasks. This full-time role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests, ensuring a positive experience at the venue.

• Take food and beverage orders and ensure prompt delivery.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of golf bays for each group of guests.

• Support event setups and assist with sales initiatives.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries professionally.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or training roles.

• Knowledge of food and beverage services.

• Sales skills and prior experience in a similar environment is a plus.

• Friendly, outgoing personality and ability to engage with guests.

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
