Grosvenor House Dubai and Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa are seeking a skilled and energetic Bartender to join their Food and Beverage team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining bar cleanliness, handling payments, and ensuring guests have a memorable experience. This role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Prepare Drinks: Mix and serve drinks according to standard recipes, including cocktails, wines, and champagnes.
✅ Bar Setup & Cleanliness: Maintain bar areas, tables, and tools, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
✅ Stock Management: Keep ice, glassware, garnishes, and bar supplies well-stocked and replenished.
✅ Customer Interaction: Greet guests warmly, anticipate their needs, and provide exceptional service.
✅ Payment Handling: Process transactions accurately, balance the cash register, and manage receipts.
✅ Safety & Security: Follow company policies, report unsafe conditions, and complete required safety training.
✅ Team Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to provide a seamless guest experience.
✅ Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

🔹 Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
🔹 Experience: At least 1 year of bartending or related experience.
🔹 Skills: Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
🔹 Physical Stamina: Ability to handle extended shifts, lift heavy objects, and move through tight spaces.
🔹 Attention to Detail: Ability to mix drinks accurately and adhere to brand standards.
