Novotel World Trade Centre is hiring an experienced Bartender to deliver exceptional bar service in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have strong mixology skills, customer service expertise, and the ability to maintain a clean and engaging bar setting. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity to work with a globally respected hotel brand under Accor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate drink orders.

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory of the bar area.

• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal standards.

• Provide recommendations and engage with guests to enhance their experience.

• Handle payment transactions and process bills accurately.

• Support kitchen coordination for food and beverage pairings.

• Develop signature drinks and participate in promotions or themed events.

• Assist in stock control, inventory management, and restocking supplies.

• Deliver excellent guest service in collaboration with the hotel team.

• Attend training sessions and remain updated on menu and service protocols.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Prior experience as a bartender in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred.

• Knowledge of beverage types, cocktail preparation, and bar techniques.

• Strong customer service and communication abilities.

• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on presentation and drink accuracy.

• Familiarity with alcohol service laws and safety guidelines.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Bartending certification is a plus.
