Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks promptly and accurately according to hotel standards

• Maintain thorough knowledge of bar items, ingredients, and beverage preparation

• Greet guests, take drink orders, and ensure guest satisfaction

• Set up and maintain the bar, including stocking liquor, glassware, garnishes, and cleaning duties

• Manage cash transactions and billing following proper accounting procedures

• Monitor guest consumption and handle situations involving excessive drinking responsibly

• Assist in bar cleanliness and organization, including cleaning floors, counters, and utensils

• Collaborate with team members and follow Beverage Department SOPs

• Keep updated on hotel events and VIP arrivals to provide personalized service

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of food and beverage experience, with detailed bar knowledge

• Secondary school education

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Proficient in English (reading, writing, oral)

• Well-presented, professional, and team-oriented with a creative personality

• Strong knowledge of beverage service styles, cocktail preparation, and drink ingredients

• Experience in public contact and cashiering preferred
