Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a passionate and service-oriented Bartender to join our hospitality team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will deliver a world-class experience to guests at our selected beverage outlets, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction and bar service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per Hyatt standards

• Ensure a welcoming, friendly, and professional atmosphere at the bar

• Assist guests with beverage selections and deliver prompt service

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and work area

• Handle bar inventory and ensure accurate billing as a cashier

• Comply with all safety and hygiene policies

• Collaborate with team members and support overall food & beverage operations

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel or hospitality operations

• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills

• Fluency in English; additional language(s) a plus

• Presentable, enthusiastic, and a team player
