Home Bakery is looking for passionate and skilled Baristas with a love for coffee and exceptional customer service skills to join our growing team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, ensure smooth coffee bar operations, and maintain a welcoming environment for customers. This role is ideal for coffee enthusiasts who thrive in fast-paced settings and are eager to grow within a supportive and caring company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly, take orders, and offer product recommendations.

• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.

• Prepare beverages according to standard recipes, maintaining consistent quality.

• Upsell and promote special menu items.

• Restock supplies and maintain equipment in excellent working condition.

• Keep the coffee bar and work areas clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.

• Follow company grooming and presentation standards.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing techniques, and espresso preparation.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Barista in the UAE.

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment and multitask.

• Passion for coffee with a willingness to learn and grow.
