Job Description
We are hiring a skilled Barista for a cozy café in Sharjah, UAE, known for its warm and inviting atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in crafting espresso-based drinks and a strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks including espresso, teas, and specialty coffees

• Ensure consistent beverage quality through regular taste checks

• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and seating area

• Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and supplies

• Operate espresso machines and demonstrate latte art techniques

• Follow food hygiene and safety standards at all times

Key Skills

• Proficient in coffee brewing methods and use of espresso machines

• Skilled in latte art and specialty coffee preparation

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices

• Attention to detail and cleanliness

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Must be currently residing in the UAE

• Aged 38 years or below

• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in a similar role at a café or casual dining restaurant
