ASNB FOODS is hiring a full-time on-site Barista for its café located in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and beverages, providing outstanding customer service, and assisting in food preparation. This role also includes maintaining cleanliness and ensuring the café operates efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages

• Deliver excellent customer service to guests

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the café area

• Assist with basic food preparation when required

• Operate coffee machines and other café equipment

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Job Requirements:

• Experience in a barista or similar food service role is preferred

• Proficiency in coffee preparation techniques and equipment handling

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting

• Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus

• Friendly attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction
