Job Title: Barista 

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Barista to join our vibrant café team in Jumeirah 1. If you are passionate about coffee, enjoy connecting with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you.

As a Barista, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining high-quality service and café standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks

• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment with skill and efficiency

• Deliver consistent beverage quality, including latte art and advanced brewing techniques (preferred)

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the coffee station and overall café area

• Process cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction

• Support team members in daily café operations and contribute to a welcoming environment

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous barista experience preferred

• Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art is an advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
