The role involves preparing and serving hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks including coffee, tea, artisan and specialty beverages.

• Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment.

• Maintain cleanliness of service and seating areas.

• Describe menu items and suggest products to customers.

• Take customer orders and provide excellent service.
