Key Responsibilities:

✂ Hair & Beard Services:

• Deliver precision haircuts including fades (skin, low, high), tapers, crew cuts, and buzz cuts

• Expertly shape and style beards: full beard, V beard, line-ups, etc.

• Apply advanced treatments like keratin, protein, botox, hair relaxing

• Perform creative hair coloring, including fashion-forward and crazy colors

👑 Client Experience:

• Greet clients warmly and ensure a luxury grooming experience

• Offer consultations and recommend personalized care plans

• Build and retain a loyal client base with consistently top-tier service

🧼 Hygiene & Safety:

• Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation

• Disinfect tools after each client, adhering to health and safety protocols

• Follow salon procedures and support a collaborative team environment

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years’ experience as a barber in the UAE or GCC

• Mastery in modern & classic haircutting techniques

• Skilled in beard design, treatments, and hair coloring

• Presentable, well-groomed, with a professional attitude

• Basic English proficiency

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting

• Team player with excellent communication and customer service skills
