🔍 Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Bar Back to support our bartenders and service staff in a high-end Italian restaurant setting. The ideal candidate will ensure the bar remains fully stocked, organized, and clean to guarantee smooth operations and an unforgettable guest experience.

🚀 Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain full stock of spirits, wines, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, particularly during busy hours

• Keep the bar clean and organized, promptly attending to spills and restocking items as needed

• Prepare fresh garnishes and ingredients for Italian cocktails and mocktails

• Deliver drinks and assist waitstaff when needed, ensuring prompt service

• Uphold hygiene and safety standards as per luxury dining guidelines

• Assist in pre-opening duties and setup for daily operations

✅ Requirements:

• Female, aged 38 years or below

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within Italian restaurants or high-end hotel bars

• Knowledge of Italian beverages and bar tools is a strong plus

• Experience in pre-opening operations is preferred

• Based in the UAE and available for immediate or short-notice joining
