Ebury, a global leader in financial technology, is seeking an experienced Banking & Expansion Lead for its Dubai office. This strategic role focuses on growing the company’s regional banking infrastructure and payments ecosystem. Ideal candidates will bring 5+ years of fintech or banking experience and a deep understanding of payment systems, partnerships, and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Ebury’s regional banking infrastructure strategy and operations.

• Identify, evaluate, and build new partnerships with payment providers and banks.

• Negotiate contracts, oversee onboarding processes, and ensure seamless implementation of new capabilities.

• Maintain and enhance current banking relationships to drive performance and growth.

• Analyze partner performance and recommend opportunities for product or process improvements.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, Legal, Treasury, and Operations teams to align expansion strategy with internal goals.

• Serve as a key regional contact point for regulatory and operational banking partnerships.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in payment infrastructure, banking partnerships, or fintech.

• Strong knowledge of payment rails, compliance frameworks, and the financial services ecosystem in the UAE and surrounding region.

• Proven project management skills, including partner onboarding and operational delivery.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.

• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.

• Experience managing regulatory and legal aspects of banking partnerships is a plus.
