This full-time, on-site role involves designing and assembling intricate balloon arrangements for personal celebrations, corporate events, and special occasions, ensuring a memorable experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, inflate, and assemble unique balloon arrangements for various events.

• Collaborate with clients and the store team to meet specific event requirements.

• Ensure high-quality, visually appealing, and innovative balloon decorations.

• Assist with event setup, decoration, and overall store ambiance.

• Maintain organization of balloon supplies and materials.

• Work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven skills in balloon art, design, and creativity.

• Experience in event decoration, setup, and client-facing roles.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Physical ability to handle balloons and other decoration materials.

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
