stakefish, a leading blockchain infrastructure provider, is seeking a talented Back-end Software Engineer to join our global remote team. This is a full-time role where you will help design, develop, and deploy back-end systems that power next-generation staking products. You’ll work alongside product managers, designers, and engineers to secure a variety of blockchain networks and strengthen decentralization.

As a Backend Developer at stakefish, your work will directly support the infrastructure of the decentralized web. We are looking for a candidate with strong technical skills in back-end development, a passion for blockchain technology, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy backend services using TypeScript and Node.js

• Build and maintain data ETL pipelines using Python

• Design scalable and secure systems using modern cloud infrastructure and best practices

• Write extensible, well-tested, and secure server-side code

• Use CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and container orchestration tools

• Design performant and maintainable database schemas

• Collaborate with the team to enhance internal processes and contribute to product strategy

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of Ethereum and EVM concepts

• Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms

• Proven experience designing and maintaining production-grade services

• Proficiency with TypeScript and Node.js; experience with at least one of Python, C++, Java, Go, or Rust

• Experience with Docker and cloud services (e.g., AWS)

• Ability to work independently and manage remote work environment efficiently

• Self-motivated and capable of operating effectively in ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects

• Startup work experience

• Experience in high-reliability, financial, or security-critical systems

• Exposure to smart contracts or Solidity (training provided if needed)
