As a back-end developer, you will design, build, and deploy scalable and secure software solutions that power cutting-edge staking products. This role plays a vital part in securing numerous blockchain networks and advancing the decentralized ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is passionate about blockchain, experienced in back-end development using TypeScript, Node.js, and Python, and is motivated by building tools that support decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, and other crypto-native innovations. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to create high-impact systems and tools that serve a fast-growing global user base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable services using TypeScript and Node.js.

• Develop data ETL pipelines using Python.

• Design robust and scalable database schemas.

• Write secure, well-tested, and maintainable server-side code.

• Leverage tools like Docker, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS).

• Collaborate across teams to build next-gen staking products.

• Proactively suggest improvements to internal processes and product architecture.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of Ethereum, EVM, and core blockchain technologies.

• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and back-end design principles.

• Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and one or more of: Python, C++, Java, Go, Rust.

• Proficiency with cloud services (e.g., AWS) and Docker.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage ambiguity.

• Track record of shipping and maintaining production-level backend systems.

Nice to Have:

• Contributions to open-source projects.

• Experience in a startup environment.

• Background in financial systems, security systems, or high-reliability platforms.

• Familiarity with smart contracts and Solidity (preferred but not required).
