B2B Sales & Marketing Team Lead


The Customization Group, a global leader in AI-driven mass customization, is seeking a B2B Sales & Marketing Team Lead in Dubai. This role focuses on expanding the Reseller Business, leveraging AI-driven personalization, automation, and data analytics to enhance revenue and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Sales & Marketing team to achieve ambitious revenue and pipeline growth.
- Set and track KPIs, ensuring performance aligns with revenue targets.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, using an Account-Based Sales (ABS) approach.
- Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities in Europe & North America.
- Align AI-driven marketing campaigns with key accounts for personalized engagement.
- Collaborate with Key Account Management, Product, and Operations teams to align customer expectations with service levels.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in B2B Sales & Marketing, specializing in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Account-Based Selling (ABS).
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Expertise in marketing tools like HubSpot and AI-driven automation.
- Leadership, negotiation, and intercultural relationship-building abilities.
- Fluency in English (Additional languages are a plus).
