Kraft Heinz is looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern for a 6+ month position in Dubai, focusing on the Gulf and Africa regions. The intern will assist in driving distribution, brand partnerships, and visibility across key markets, supporting both trade marketing and sales/business development efforts. The role involves collaboration with various teams to execute trade events, sales initiatives, and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Trade Marketing (33% of the time):

• Lead Chef Alliance partnership with Dubai College of Tourism.

• Drive culinary training and customer engagement initiatives.

• Create sales tools, product catalogs, and NPD brochures.

• Organize trade events and provide post-event analysis.

• Collaborate with the sales team on POSM initiatives.

Sales/Business Development (67% of the time):

• Conduct customer visits, menu reviews, and portfolio gap analysis.

• Perform monthly sales data analysis.

• Research local food trends and support new account openings.

• Build customer relationships by attending market visits with the Foodservice manager.

• Assist with project management, ensuring timelines align with objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A recent or soon-to-be graduate with a university degree (or equivalent).

• Curiosity, passion for learning, and communication skills (both written and oral).

• Strong digital literacy and creative thinking.

• Ability to analyze data and collaborate across teams.
