Job Title: Aviation Engineering Instructor

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aviation Engineering Instructor to deliver Diploma-level aviation courses and manage our HCT laboratories and workshops. This role blends classroom instruction with hands-on technical training, ensuring students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential for success in the aviation industry.

The ideal candidate will deliver lectures, set up and maintain laboratory equipment, and work directly with faculty and students to support a high-quality learning experience. This includes preparing experiments, demonstrating equipment use, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining supplies and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lectures to aviation diploma students

• Prepare, set up, and manage laboratory experiments and equipment

• Demonstrate, operate, and maintain aviation-related tools, systems, and machinery

• Troubleshoot technical problems with equipment and facilities

• Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to students

• Collaborate with faculty to ensure course delivery meets program standards

• Maintain workshop supplies, tools, and safety documentation

• Integrate technology into teaching methods for an enhanced learning experience

Requirements:

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or aviation field

• Membership in an internationally recognized professional association (desirable)

• Training certificates or diplomas in workshop practices (desirable)

• First Aid qualification (desirable)

• Completed apprenticeship with professional trade certification (advantageous)

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience (industrial experience preferred)

• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving abilities

• English proficiency (Arabic is an advantage)

• Advanced computer literacy to integrate technology in the workplace

• Prior teaching or training experience (short-term teaching experience desirable)
