TRAKS PRO, in partnership with Mountain Extreme, is seeking an Avenue Assistant Manager to support daily operations of a climbing gym in Dubai. This role focuses on supervising staff, driving sales, enhancing customer experience, managing digital platforms, and ensuring smooth facility operations in a high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operational & Facility Management:

Oversee daily gym operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Conduct routine facility checks and coordinate maintenance or repairs.

Manage inventory, equipment, and supplies.
Staff Supervision & Motivation:
-
Lead, train, and motivate front desk staff, climbing instructors, and café/barista teams.

Ensure staff delivers exceptional customer service and meets sales targets.
-
Conduct team meetings, set performance goals, and provide feedback.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
-
Drive front desk sales (memberships, day passes, retail, climbing gear).
-
Motivate café staff to upsell beverages, snacks, and promotions.
-
Develop strategies to increase customer retention and engagement.
Customer Experience & Engagement:

Ensure a welcoming atmosphere for members and visitors.

Address customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
-
Organize events, challenges, or promotions to boost gym participation.
Social Media & Digital Management:

Manage and update the gym’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).

Create engaging content (photos, videos, stories) to promote the gym.

Monitor trends and respond to online inquiries and reviews.
Administrative Duties:

Assist with scheduling, payroll, and staff management.
-
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, attendance, and operational issues.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Requirements
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a managerial/supervisory role (gym, hospitality, or retail preferred).

Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Sales-driven with experience in memberships, retail, or F&B revenue growth.

Social media savvy with content creation experience.
-
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
-
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-
Passion for fitness/climbing is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in climbing gyms, fitness centers, or adventure sports.

Knowledge of operations systems, membership software, and inventory management.

Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.).
