Job Title: Automotive Technician – Diagnostic & Repair Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to perform diagnostic repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer standards. The ideal candidate will focus on first-time fix accuracy (F1 standard), timely completion of repairs, and adherence to safety protocols.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic and repair work following manufacturer guidelines.

• Ensure repairs are completed correctly the first time (F1 Standard).

• Complete jobs within the allotted time and report any delays.

• Communicate additional repair needs to Team Leader, Foreman, or Controller.

• Maintain proper job card documentation, including oil and consumable records.

• Handle customer vehicles safely and professionally.

• Follow all workshop safety procedures and cleanliness standards.

• Use protective covers on vehicles and ensure proper handling of warranty parts.

• Participate in overtime when required due to increased workshop load.

Must-Have Qualifications:

✔ 2-year ITI in Automobile Engineering or 3-year Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in an automotive dealership, with at least 2 years as a technician.
✔ Physically fit to handle vehicle repairs efficiently.
