Job Title: Showroom Sales Manager 

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Showroom Sales Manager to lead and oversee daily operations at our automotive showroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, team leadership, and customer relationship management. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a high-performing sales team, drive business growth, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Job Purpose:
To manage and lead all showroom sales activities, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded, while maintaining efficient and high-quality operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and annual showroom sales targets in both volume and profit.

  • Set clear targets for the sales team and monitor performance to ensure successful execution of sales plans.

  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process to ensure smooth customer engagement and high-quality documentation.

  • Monitor demo vehicle usage and optimize demo-to-sale conversion ratios.

  • Ensure a seamless PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) process for enhanced customer satisfaction.

  • Handle major customer issues or complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.

  • Prepare monthly stock forecasts based on market demand and customer trends for management approval.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their evolving needs.

  • Maintain high showroom standards in terms of display, cleanliness, and brand representation.

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure peak performance and continuous development.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive and manage a sales team.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; bilingual in Arabic and English is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Autoline is an advantage.

  • In-depth understanding of showroom operations, merchandising, and customer engagement strategies.

  • Industry Experience: Automotive or related field
