Orange Auto, a multi-brand automotive service center in Dubai, is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and manage aftersales services. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication with clients, and coordinating service operations across mechanical, electrical, and general vehicle maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer-focused service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs, costs, and timelines.

• Manage aftersales services and follow up on customer queries or complaints.

• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

• Maintain records of customer interactions, services provided, and feedback.

• Prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in the UAE automotive industry.

• Experience in customer service and aftersales operations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.

• Must have automotive industry experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
