Saipem, a global leader in engineering services, is seeking an Automation Engineer for the Shah Gas Project in the UAE. This role involves overseeing safe commissioning, start-up, and maintenance of Instrumentation and Control Systems, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and international standards.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead commissioning, start-up, and maintenance execution of control systems.
✅ Ensure compliance with HSE rules, safety protocols, and cyber security standards.
✅ Conduct tests, inspections, and maintenance planning to optimize operations.
✅ Act as the Cyber Security Officer (CySO), ensuring compliance with cybersecurity protocols.
✅ Provide technical leadership and training to on-site teams.
✅ Maintain and update CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) reports.
✅ Coordinate with vendors and contractors for smooth execution of services.

🔹 Qualifications & Skills:
📌 Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in Automation Engineering, Instrumentation, and Control Systems.
• Prior experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical projects is a plus.

📌 Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in commissioning and maintenance of automation systems.
• Knowledge of cyber security protocols for industrial systems.
• Ability to lead teams, coordinate operations, and manage safety compliance.
