Job Title: AutoCAD Draftsman 

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Draftsman with a strong background in Marble and Fit-Out works for a full-time permanent position. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of UAE experience in the marble or interior fit-out industry and possess advanced drafting and design skills using AutoCAD and related software.

As part of our technical team, you will play a key role in producing precise technical drawings, shop drawings, and material estimates while working closely with engineers, architects, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and revise detailed technical drawings and shop drawings for marble and fit-out projects.

• Assist in layout development, specifying dimensions, tolerances, materials, and curvatures.

• Prepare scope-marked drawings, cutting lists, and bills of materials (BOM) or quantities (BOQ) based on project specifications.

• Conduct accurate material and wastage calculations.

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to incorporate technical details into plans.

• Review, redraft, and update drawings based on design changes or feedback.

• Ensure that all final drawings are compliant with relevant building codes and regulations.

• Proactively identify potential design issues and communicate solutions with the team.

• Maintain organized documentation and version control of all drawing files.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands-on drafting experience in the UAE, specifically in marble and fit-out industries.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and design software such as SketchUp.

• Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.

• Positive attitude, open to feedback, and deadline-oriented.
