Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Communication – Provide timely updates on service progress and costs to customers.

• Record Management – Maintain accurate documentation of all service transactions, including billing and invoicing.

• Department Collaboration – Work closely with technicians and the parts department to ensure smooth service operations.

• Quality Assurance – Uphold strict quality standards for all service tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Automotive Expertise – 2-3 years of experience in the automotive industry is essential.
✅ Technical & Software Skills – Proficiency in computer systems and software for record-keeping and scheduling.
✅ Client Support – Ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve automotive concerns efficiently.
