Al Khoory Group is seeking an experienced Auto Parts Manager to oversee the procurement, inventory, sales, and distribution of automobile spare parts. The role focuses on maintaining optimal stock levels, supplier relations, and customer satisfaction while managing a team and implementing efficient inventory systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer and service department needs.

• Plan and execute purchase orders based on demand forecasts.

• Establish and manage supplier relationships, negotiating contracts for pricing and quality.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of spare parts.

• Support customers and service teams in selecting appropriate parts.

• Develop strategies to boost spare parts sales and manage promotions.

• Monitor and report key performance metrics like stock turnover and order accuracy.

• Supervise and train spare parts staff.

• Implement and oversee inventory control systems and pricing strategies.

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Analyze sales and market trends to optimize inventory and reduce obsolescence.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.

• 10+ years of experience in automobile spare parts management or similar roles.

• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, suppliers, and logistics.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and inventory management software.

• Excellent inventory, procurement, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Ability to analyze sales and market trends for inventory optimization.

• Valid driving license.
