At Deloitte Middle East, we are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Manager to join our Audit Analytics team. In this pivotal role, you will lead data-driven audit engagements, manage dynamic teams, and apply advanced analytics to solve complex audit challenges for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end audit analytics projects, from planning to execution, ensuring data-driven insights enhance audit quality.

• Analyze client business processes, internal controls, and data to design effective analytics procedures.

• Collaborate closely with Core Financial Audit Teams to share findings and provide critical insights during audit engagements.

• Review detailed procedures and validate outcomes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and transparency.

• Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering professional growth and skills development.

• Communicate effectively with client personnel and internal stakeholders at all levels to support successful project delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus).

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SQL and/or Python, focusing on data extraction and analytics.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau.

• Ability to work confidently with large, complex datasets.

• Experience in Financial Audit Methods and Business Process Controls is advantageous.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Proven ability to mentor team members and lead projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
