We are looking for a skilled Audio Visual (AV) Specialist with 2 to 4 years of experience to manage the setup, operation, and maintenance of AV equipment for meetings, conferences, and events in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and test AV equipment including microphones, speakers, projectors, video monitors, soundboards, and recording devices.

• Ensure all AV systems are fully functional before and during events.

• Work closely with event organizers and clients to assess AV needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues promptly to avoid disruptions.

• Conduct routine maintenance and equipment testing to ensure reliability.

• Train end-users on the use of AV and conference room technologies.

• Maintain accurate documentation of setups, issues, and solutions for future reference.

• Manage AV inventory and ensure proper storage and care of equipment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in AV technology, electronics, or related field preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AV setup, technical support, and maintenance.
