Procom Middle East, a leading provider of professional AV and lighting solutions, is looking for a skilled Audio Engineer to join their team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role focuses on permanent audio installations and requires both strong technical expertise and excellent client communication skills. The successful candidate will align, calibrate, and fine-tune complex audio systems, deliver live demonstrations, and provide training to end-users. This is a multifaceted role combining hands-on engineering, client interaction, and technical support, with a strong focus on audio system performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Align, set up, and tune professional audio systems to deliver optimal sound performance

• Communicate with clients and project teams to assess audio requirements and recommend suitable solutions

• Conduct live demonstrations of audio equipment, explaining system features and functionality

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system schematics and configurations

• Train client personnel on the use and maintenance of installed audio systems

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Audio Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

• Proven experience in professional audio engineering, specifically with permanent installations

• Deep knowledge of audio components including amplifiers, mixers, microphones, speakers, and signal processors

• Proficiency in configuring, calibrating, and troubleshooting sound systems

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client training and demos

• Familiarity with audio design and tuning software
