IDC is seeking a proactive Audience Development Team Leader to oversee attendee registration and engagement for conferences and events across the Middle East. This role combines team leadership, marketing, sales tele-calling, and customer service skills to build and nurture relationships with attendees and potential leads, ensuring the success of IDC events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Attendee Acquisition team across MEA countries.

• Supervise database building and maintenance across the Middle East.

• Manage end-user and speaker databases in Cvent/Semik; regularly update and qualify records.

• Coordinate pre-event tasks for digital events, including platform, sponsor, and speaker management.

• Update local events websites and support PR-related activities.

• Travel to events as required and manage on-site operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Professional verbal communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is a plus.

• Understanding of marketing principles, audience segmentation, lead generation, and engagement strategies.

• Prior experience in sales tele-calling, marketing support, or customer service, with a focus on relationship-building.

• Proficiency in internet research and Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis.

• Strong organizational, multitasking, and independent working abilities.

• Flexibility to attend events outside standard working hours.
