Aldhafra Resort, a luxurious desert retreat under the Vignette Collection by IHG Hotels, is seeking a passionate and guest-focused Food & Beverage Attendant to join its hospitality team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time, on-site role, ideal for candidates eager to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a warm and culturally rich setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a pleasant dining experience

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within dining areas

• Set up and clear tables in a timely and professional manner

• Operate POS or cash register systems if required

• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations

• Uphold high standards of food safety and guest satisfaction

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in F&B or hospitality service preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Guest-oriented, presentable, and able to work in fast-paced settings

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service protocols

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic, Russian, or other languages is a plus

• High school diploma, certificate, or diploma in hospitality is desirable

• Must meet legal requirements for handling food and alcohol
