Tech Mahindra, a global leader in digital transformation and IT services, is seeking an experienced Associate Security Consultant to join their team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with over 10 years of experience in network security, looking to work in a fast-paced, managed services environment with a leading multinational company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on security operations using tools like F5 LTM, Web Application Firewalls, IPS, and Next Generation Firewalls

• Deploy and configure F5 appliances, create and manage WAF rules/signatures, and troubleshoot related issues

• Implement and operate Palo Alto and Fortigate firewalls, manage Zscaler cloud proxy, and resolve proxy-related issues

• Conduct network security assessments and fine-tune security policies

• Work with endpoint detection tools and email security solutions including Microsoft Defender, EDR, and Nexthink

• Implement and maintain PAM solutions, and manage tools such as IBM Guardium for database activity monitoring

• Support security measures for Office 365 (Email Security, SharePoint, Teams) and apply OnDMARC concepts

• Manage cloud security posture using frameworks like CIS Benchmarks (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Respond to escalated security incidents and enhance threat protection systems

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in network and information security

• Expertise in firewall operations (Palo Alto, Fortigate), Zscaler, web proxies, and security monitoring tools

• Strong hands-on knowledge in developing iRules for F5, implementing WAF, and managing Microsoft Defender suite

• Familiarity with cloud security practices and endpoint security tools

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate in team-based environments

• Excellent troubleshooting skills, communication, and client-facing abilities

Salary Range: AED 23,000 – AED 25,000 per month
